Which physician is right for you?
Building a relationship with a physician that you select is an important part of your health care. Each member of your family should have his/her own physician for preventive care, treatment of illness, and referral to a specialist when needed. Whether you're a new or long-time member, we encourage you to take this vital step and select a personal physician.Please note that in some locations you may also choose a nurse practitioner or physician assistant as your personal practitioner.

Our physicians provide personalized health care services within certain primary care departments:- Adult or Internal Medicine--treats adults (specializes in diagnosis and treatment of nonsurgical diseases)
- Family Practice--treats people of all ages
- Pediatrics--treats children up to age 16 or 18 (depending on the facility)
